Welcome to WeAre Travels. By booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
Booking & Payments
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment as specified for the selected tour package.
- Full payment must be completed before the tour departure.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or UPI to the details provided at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: Eligible for a full refund minus processing fees.
- Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days.
Changes & Amendments
- Any changes to the tour itinerary requested by the traveler will be subject to availability and additional charges.
- WeAre Travels reserves the right to make adjustments to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or government restrictions.
Travel Documents & Responsibilities
- Travelers must carry valid identification and necessary permits for the destinations included in the tour.
- WeAre Travels is not responsible for missed flights, missed goods, visa rejections, or any personal document-related issues.
6. Liability & Limitations
- WeAre Travels acts only as a travel facilitator and is not liable for any injuries, losses, delays, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
- Travelers are responsible for their personal safety and must follow the instructions provided by tour guides.
Transportation
- Transportation is arranged as per the itinerary; delays due to traffic or unforeseen events are beyond our control.
8. Code of Conduct
- Travelers must respect local cultures, traditions, and laws.
- Any misconduct or violation of the tour rules may result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund.
9. Force Majeure
WeAre Travels is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions.
